We aim to ship all order within 3-12 Business days, which does not include Saturday and Sunday. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will always respond when contacted about shipping issues to help resolve them but...

please note: once your order has shipped it is out of our hands and is the responsibility of the carrier.  

If there is a problem with shipping please do not file a chargeback with your bank, contact us first at shopthreadevil@gmail.com. Once a chargeback has begun we cannot help you with your order. 

If your package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the incorrect address email us! (shopthreadevil@gmail.com) We will file a claim and once the claim is fulfilled we will either offer refunds or a replacement.
