If there is a problem with shipping please do not file a chargeback with your bank, contact us first at shopthreadevil@gmail.com. Once a chargeback has begun we cannot help you with your order.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the incorrect address email us! (shopthreadevil@gmail.com) We will file a claim and once the claim is fulfilled we will either offer refunds or a replacement.
