HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR THE ITEMS I ORDERED?

we highly recommend you 

  1. turn the garment inside out
  2. wash on cold
  3. dry on cold OR hang dry 

i have had prints last years with no washing precautions BUT to keep the print in the original condition follow recommendations above. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP? 

we try and get all orders out with 3-12 business days. all items are HANDMADE TO ORDER so shipping times depend on inventory and time per piece. Hoodies may take a bit longer while tees may be slightly sooner. Our number one priority is getting you your order quickly. 

 

MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED BUT IT IS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO? 

send us an email! we will get back right away and do our best to solve the issue BUT please note: once your order has shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier. They don't tell us much. If your package is lost or stolen we MUST file a claim with the carrier and once the claim is completed we will work to get you a refund or replacement.

send us an email or reach out on social media DM or comments. BUT if you have an issue with an existing order please EMAIL only so we can make sure your issue is resolved asap. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY? 

we do not offer refunds for invalid reasons. we will almost always be able to offer returns or exchanges depending on inventory. your satisfaction is very important to us so we will work to find a solution to any problem.
